This class is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply seeking a slower, more mindful practice. With a focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breath awareness, you'll gently build strength, improve mobility, and release tension in both body and mind.

Restorative flow is a gentle practice suitable for all levels of practitioners. It involves using props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This form of yoga emphasizes deep relaxation and the meditative aspect of the practice, focusing on the union of body and mind. Heated Power Vinyasa is an energetic style of yoga that involves fluid movements from one pose to the next.
