Yoga gives me strength, self confidence, balance, spiritual healing, and continuous goals to reach for. It is not only a full body workout, it's practicing stillness of the mind, through a physical, moving meditation.

The sense of community here is strong. The moment I entered House of Yoga, I felt at home. Although we are all on our own journey, we are all in this together... and that's something you feel at HOY.
