In this workshop combining yogasana, pranayama, and creative self-care, we'll explore the concept of bhāvāna (contemplation and spiritual cultivation) through physical forms, moving meditation and purposeful, cleansing breath as a vehicle to discover our innate ability to create beauty for ourselves and others.
