Beginner Workshop w/ Jason

Get grounded in the flow!

Participants will be guided through intentional movement and breath into postures which form the foundation of power vinyasa flow we teach - including Warrior I and II, Chaturanga, Eagle, Bridge, Wheel, Tree, Pigeon and more. Modifications and appropriate use of props will be discussed as well. 

This workshop is designed for those new to yoga and/or the studio, as well as those seeking to reestablish their foundations in the flow.
